Average prices for 2017 Summer Grazing Auction shot up this year, due to a decrease in the number of lots. Average auction prices increased from £62.69 per acre in 2016 to over £90 per acre this year.

With spring around the corner we have been agreeing summer grazing for numerous clients and already have agreed approximately 800 acres privately and are now able to provide details of a further 300 acres which are available.

Triple Charity Auction Success!

In the three days following our November monthly collective furniture sale, our firm conducted three charity auctions.

Woolly Jumpers!

We were honoured to again conduct the official annual auction on behalf of the Lincoln Longwool Sheep Breeders' Association - the country breed of sheep.

Country Estate Firewood Sale

The current low price of oil does not appear to have dampened demand for firewood and timber, as borne out by our recent auction, held in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Having not sold a property for some years our experience of Robert Bell & Co. has served to remind us just how important an estate agent is in the sale of a property.
