Our Lettings team are already decorated with a British Property Award for 2020/21, and now they've been rated Excellent by the Best Estate Agent Guide.
Assessed by Expert Agent Masters & the Property Academy, the guide assessed the UK's 25,000 estate and letting agency branches and found our Lincoln & Horncastle Lettings team to be of an Excellent standard, across:

This comes not long after the esteemed British Property Awards (2020-2021) rated our team as the Best Letting Agent in Lincoln (East), earning them the coveted Gold Winner accolade.
Robert Bell & Company are the largest lettings and management agency in mid Lincolnshire with a rent roll of over 6.7 million per annum in 2021. We manage properties from the smallest studio flat to a country house with land.

It also governs the requirements of “Red Book Valuations” and we are pleased to have four Registered Valuers in the firm, carrying out a huge variety of valuations of different types of property for different purposes.
