Demand for homes sees a modest recovery following BREXIT jitters, according to RICS members.

The number of homes on the market at a record low in July as house price growth slumped on the uncertainty in the wake of the Brexit referendum.

The RICS report that the number of properties coming on to the market is at a record low and see a risk of 'house prices falling' in the short term.

So says The National Association of Estate Agents!
