Five Farms To Let in 2015 - NOW LET
Our Agricultural Department has been favoured with instructions to let five holdings in the Horncastle area.
Three come up following the deaths of elderly long term tenants; another because of retirement, and the other due to a change in farming policy. It is rare to have so much land come up to rent at the same time, and at a time when agricultural commodities are relatively low priced, (but land values still buoyant), it will be interesting to see the effect on rental levels.
