Communications were excellent and always timely, whether by email, telephone or in person. We felt that our interests were paramount and all staff worked together, using their respective skills, to secure the sale of our property in such a way that all parties were satisfied with the outcome. Quality service of the highest order. Once used would chose no other As purchasers most of our business was conducted through our solicitor. However as the transaction became protracted, the ability to talk to the estate agents gave us an overview of the whole chain and reassured us every thing to secure the property was being done. At no time did we feel we were being a nuisance or worrying needlessly. Our sucessful purchase took 5 months.
