All our offices have been full of flowers and chocolates this year. Above is Kara Moore from our Lincoln office who, along with her colleague Amanda Thompson this week, received big bunches of flowers from clients, as a show of their gratitude for all the hard work that was put into achieving the sales success they required.

They were brilliant, especially Jill. They kept us informed of what was going on. Much more than our Solicitors!
From all of the staff with whom we had dealings we received a professional, polite, efficient, friendly and helpful service. Communications were excellent and always timely, whether by email, telephone or in person. We felt that our interests were paramount and all staff worked together, using their respective skills, to secure the sale of our property in such a way that all parties were satisfied with the outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.
All agents should be like this RB are simply terrific. We were at the top of the chain and those below seemed complicated, yet RB (Jill) took the lead and through her tenacity and perseverance mobilised the agents below to work together. If everyone used RB the selling and buying process would be so much better. I would never choose anyone else. 5 stars.
