Reviewing our client feedback forms from 2014 we are very grateful to all of our clients for their overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Robert Bell & Company and we are thrilled to have once again received excellent feedback from our clients throughout the year. 

98%* of our clients informed us that our service either 'met or EXCEEDED THEIR EXPECTATIONS' in 2014. The top answer as to why our clients were so pleased with the service they received was the 'EFFICIENCY OF OUR STAFF', 'FREQUENCY OF CONTACT' and 'SPEED OF SALE' were the other top answers.
