As a practice of Chartered Surveyors we provide a very comprehensive package of professional services for our clients.
We provide from RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuations to formal valuations for lending/mortgage, probate, tax and matrimonial purposes. We are often requested to provide property valuations for legal cases as Expert Witnesses on behalf of individual clients and the courts. We also act in valuation and rental tribunal and arbitration cases.
Finally, we can also arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate to be prepared on your home by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. These are required when clients wish to sell or let their property for the first time.
