Sales Negotiation

The negotiation of a sale on your home with a buyer will be conducted by a professionally trained and experienced Sales Negotiator.

Our sales negotiators receive regular training.

Please remember our staff negotiate property sales on a daily basis, not once every few years.

They are experienced in finding solutions, to what may appear to many clients to be insurmountable problems in the way of concluding a successful sale.

Our target is to achieve the best possible sale price on the best possible terms on the clients behalf.

Our negotiators have professional access to information about your potential purchaser - which you could not obtain - through which they can research and assess their ability to successfully complete a sale.

Under the Estate Agents Code of Practice our negotiators are required to inquire of buyers as to how they will finance their purchase.

Our Negotiators carry out formal Property Sale Chain Checks and inform you as to the potential of the chain being successfully concluded prior to you agreeing a sale to the buyer.

All offers are forwarded onto the client in writing detailing the offer and the terms under which the buyer has presented it.

By using our professional negotiating experience we can ensure that our client the seller can make as well informed a decision as possible as to the acceptability of any offer presented by a buyer, without feeling that they are under pressure to make a decision they may later regret.

A buyer who wants to negotiate directly with a seller does so under the expectation that by avoiding the agent's negotiator they can apply direct pressure on the homeowner to agree a sale at a price and on terms that are more favourable to them.

Our company complies with the Residential Estate Agents Code of Practice covering the reporting of offers and negotiations for both sellers and buyers.
