Sale Board
From
previous research we have conducted, around 15%
of buyers say that a For Sale Board was instrumental in bringing
the property they purchased to their attention,
personally or as a result of family or friends seeing it outside
the property.
Some
say that it was the fact that they saw the sale board continuously,
for example, on their journey to work over a period of days or
even weeks, that eventually nagged them into viewing the property
they bought. It is a very simple
but effective marketing tool!
A
sale board is not obligatory! Indeed there
may be circumstances when we recommend for security or other
more personal reasons that a board should not be erected.
The choice will be yours as
to whether we use this marketing tool or not.
