We are great believers in trying to tailor our service around the needs of our clients and the properties they wish to sell. The seller of a small semi-detached cottage will need a different marketing and fees package to that which a seller of a large country house will require.

So, yes we have a variety of fee option packages available for you to consider dependent upon your marketing needs. These include the Professional Basis of Fees where we charge a commission and expenses are paid; No Sale No Fee option, and even Fixed and Sliding Scale Fees.
