Sales Lettings and Acquisitions

We deal in the sales, lettings, purchasing and management of shops, offices, industrial, investment, development and other property for our clients. We advise on leasehold and freehold values, rental value, appropriate methods of disposal and marketing; as well as advice on acquisition of all types of leasehold and freehold investment interests. Our specialist department ensures that enquiries are dealt with specifically, speedily and efficiently. Development Land and Building Plots — Residential/Commercial

We provide advice on the value and marketing of building land, from individual building plots to large development sites for both residential and commercial property. Barns, industrial and other property for change of use and redevelopment are also handled.

Town & Country Planning

We are able to offer professional advice on a wide variety of planning matters, including development potential, preparation and submission of Planning Applications, guidance on and the lodging of Planning Appeals.

Rating

Advice on the rating of non-domestic property, including the analysis of the rating assessment and the scope for appeal, lodging of appeals and negotiations with the District Valuer and Advocacy at the Tribunal as necessary.

Valuation

We provide formal reports and valuations for accounts, taxation, marketing and other purposes of freehold and leasehold interests.

Commercial Property Management

Our company can provide a comprehensive management service. Once property is let, we can liaise with the tenants, collect rents, organise necessary repairs and account to the client for the same, negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals. Active management helps to minimise potential problems in the Landlord/Tenant relationship and through an ongoing relationship foresee potential problems and help to reduce the risk of voids.
