We are delighted to report that the launch of our new property Video Podcast service for clients homes, as part of the roll out of our new advanced online e-marketing service that will be revealed shortly has been a tremendous success!

Online buyer's traffic to homes with video podcasts, has show that they have proven very popular indeed.

From the video podcast trial we conducted this spring, we  knew that homes with this  extra marketing tool certainly catch the attention of buyers online.

The combination of a slide show of photos with an audio talk over summarising the qualities of a home has certainly grabbed the attention of buyers when they are searching on both our website and on Rightmove, the UK's leading national property portal.

The video podcasts are now  available on our website for you to view on your computer's browser, by downloading them to your PC or iPod and through our subscription service.

Links to a properties video  podcast will be featured on their sales brochure and most importantly, in their press adverts for buyers reading the Echo, Horncastle News or Sunday Times, etc.

In order to receive our property video podcasts you will require podcast software  such as e.g. iTunes which is  available free of charge from Apple. It will check to see if  we have uploaded any new podcasts for you and automatically download them.

There are a variety of other podcast software packages which are free or for which you pay a small charge - but we must point out our podcasts are free.

iTunes is one of the best available and free. However, if your web browser is Internet Explorer 7.0 or Firefox 2.0 they have a free and effective integrated RSS feed reader.
