This spring we will be continuing to running a series of Open Day events at clients homes and we have been delighted with the sales success that they have brought so far this year. An 'Open Day' property receives extra prominent press advertising leading up to the event and a promotional board for attaching to the For Sale Board to alert buyers of the open day, which is run on a Saturday normally between 11 - 3pm.

Formal guidance is given to all our clients as to how they should approach running their own open day and the information we need.
