A Little About Us


We introduce our Residential Lettings Department staff based in our Lincoln office. Letting Negotiator Miss Jennifer Clarke BSc (HONS) who will be pleased to carry out valuations of your property, introduce applicants for the tenancy and ensure referencing is carried out. Jennifer will also carry out inspections during a tenancy and report to the Landlord. Lisa Mosey, Lettings Department Secretary, whose work includes preparation of tenancy agreements, official notices and preparation of advertising. Sharon Valantinas, Lettings Receptionist, dealing with day to day enquiries, managing the diary and arranging safety inspections.
